  • What is the group size for tours and expeditions?
    Group sizes vary depending on demand, ranging from 10 to 20 people.
  • What does accomodation look like?
    Guests will stay in two houses located near each other. Please note that bedrooms and bathrooms may be shared among guests.

  • How do I book a trip?
    To book a trip, visit our website and navigate to the "Enquire Now" tab in the top right corner, where you can complete an application form to travel with us. Your booking request will be confirmed once we issue a booking confirmation via email and receive your deposit.
  • When is full payment due, and what is the cancellation policy?

    The total cost of the expedition must be paid in full at least two months before the start date. Cancellation Policy: Cancel at least 6 months prior to the start date: Full refund (excluding the 20% non-refundable deposit). Cancel 90-60 days prior: 50% cancellation fee of the total booking price. Cancel 60-30 days prior: 60% cancellation fee of the total booking price. Cancel within 30 days or no-show: 100% cancellation fee applies. The cancellation charges specified above represent a genuine pre-estimate of the losses we have incurred if you cancel at particular points in time.
  • What should I pack for my trip?

    For maximum comfort and enjoyment, pack swimming clothes, a water bottle, a beach towel, sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat, and comfortable footwear (flip-flops are acceptable if they are comfortable). If possible, we recommend bringing your own snorkeling equipment.
  • Is the trip suitable for beginners?
    Yes! The trip is suitable for beginners, we have excellent staff on and off the vessel, where your swimming needs will be met. However, you must be able to swim. Whale sharks are beautiful majestic animals but it takes strength to be able to keep up with them swimming as they move fast.
  • Do I need travel insurance?
    Yes, travel insurance is mandatory for your booking. You must provide proof of adequate travel insurance by emailing it to us once it is arranged.
  • What steps are required to reserve a spot on a tour?
    To secure your place on an expedition, you must complete the booking form via the "Enquire Now" tab on our website. Once you receive an application confirmation and invoice via email , you must pay a 20% non-refundable deposit within seven days of receiving the invoice. A booking confirmation will be sent via email once these steps are completed.
